I absolutely love New Year’s Eve!
And here’s why :
It’s a day of reflection. A day of release!
Whatever you do today make sure you fit this exercise in…
Grab a pen and paper and ask yourself these 3 questions.
- Are you where you want to be?
- Have you truthfully taken enough action?
- What holds you back?
This can be about ANYTHING!
Weight loss goals, business goals, financial goals, fitness goals, career goals, personal goals, relationships goals etc!
Take this opportunity today to be brutally honest to yourself! Today is the day to get it all out of your system (on paper) and read back through it again and again.
Then ask yourself this –
- What action am I going to take moving forward?
Work smarter not harder!
Remember that, repeat it to yourself daily lol
Your goal may be the same but we are going to make it again with a new deadline. Then we are going to look deeper in to it and break it down month by month in the time that you’ve given yourself to complete it.
Is it achievable now you’ve broken it down?
If you’re answer is yes, AMAZING! You’ve just realised you can totally do it when you put your mind to it.
If your answer was no…. You might want results fast! But if it’s not looking realistic scrap that idea and set a new deadline where you will get the results! It might take longer than expected but that’s ok. Keep the end goal in mind at all times.
Isn’t it better to take a little bit longer than to not happen at all because you didn’t make it realistic???
If it’s not realistic guys you will be stuck in a rut of stopping and starting over and over again.
Nobody wants that!
